Position Title:Specialist Palliative Care Nurse (permanent Part Time) Description:We are seeking an experienced Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to join our Community Nursing and Support Program (CN&SP) The Specialist Palliative Care Nurse provides clinical leadership, support and education to Palliative Care Nurses, Community Nurses and others whilst facilitating an interdisciplinary team approach for client care. This position is permanent part time, hours/days are flexible and reports to Coordinator Community Nursing and Support Program. Position Title:Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (Casual Positions) Description:We are seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our casual bank in Community Nursing and Support and Palliative Care Programs for an immediate start. Applicants need to be flexible and available to work day, evening and weekend shifts, including evening on-call. The team is currently based at our Point Lonsdale site. Student Placements

Bellarine Community Health supports tertiary students through clinical placements. Limited clinical placements are offered in the following fields:

  • Allied Health Assistant
  • Community Health Nursing
  • Community Nursing including Palliative Care
  • Counselling (some limitations apply)
  • Dietetics
  • Health Promotion - Primary Prevention
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Paediatric Speech Therapy

  • Current resume
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Course of study
  • Name of University or TAFE
  • Length of placement requested
  • Particular supervision requirements

Applications that do not include all the requested documentation will not be considered. Education providers should submit requests via viCPlace where possible.

Note: Bellarine Community Health is not able to host primary or secondary school student work experience programs in clinical roles.
