Position Title:EOI Private Dentist Description:Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from highly qualified dental clinicians who are ready for the opportunity to establish or expand their own private practice.As this is a new direction for Bellarine Community Health, there is a broad scope for flexibility for both parties to negotiate the terms and conditions of the EOI. The expectation of BCH is that you would build or bring a client base in order to establish yourself and BCH as leaders in providing dental care to our valued community. Position Title:Dental Assistant - Casual Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our dental team. This position is casual and is based at our Point Lonsdale site. The successful applicant will be utilised to cover planned and unplanned leave. Experience in a community health setting would be an advantageous. Position Description:
Dental Assistant - Casual
Position Title:Health Promotion Officer - Part Time Description:The position is 72 hours per fortnight, available immediately. The fixed term contract ends 17th of August 2018. The team is currently based at our Portarlington site. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking primary prevention planning, implementation and evaluation as outlined within the organisations Integrated Health Promotion Plan. Position Title:Community Nursing Support Resource Worker Part Time Description:We are seeking a resource worker to establish this role and support the effective delivery of the Community Nursing and Support Programs services. The position is 45.6 hours per fortnight (3 x 7.6 hours days/22.8 hours per week), available immediately until 30th June 2018. The team is based at our Point Lonsdale site. Dependent upon funding this fixed term contract may be extended. Bellarine Community Health supports tertiary students through clinical placements. Limited clinical placements are offered in the following fields:

  • Allied Health Assistant
  • Community Health Nursing
  • Community Nursing including Palliative Care
  • Counselling (some limitations apply)
  • Dietetics
  • Health Promotion - Primary Prevention
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Paediatric Speech Therapy

  • Current Police Check

  • Course of study
  • Name of University or TAFE
  • Length of placement requested
  • Particular supervision requirements

Note: Bellarine Community Health is not able to host primary or secondary school student work experience programs in clinical roles.
