Health and Wellbeing Fund

Do you have a great idea for improving the health and wellbeing of people living or working on the Bellarine?

Small grants (up to $5,000) and partnership grants (up to $50,000) are available for incorporated community groups and not for profit organisations.  Applications from businesses and individuals linked to an eligible organisation are also welcomed.

Funding Categories

Proposals are invited across the following categories:

  1. Physical activity and active communities

  2. Prevention and management of chronic conditions

  3. Sexual health and wellbeing

  4. Reducing use and minimising harm from alcohol, tobacco and other drugs

  5. Mental health and wellbeing

  6. Improving access to nutritious, safe and affordable food

  7. Improving social connections

Monday 24 April 9am -10am - Drysdale Community Health Centre 21 Palmerston St Drysdale

Thursday 4 May 5pm -6pm - Queenscliff Community Health Centre , Corner Nelson and Grimes Roads, Point Lonsdale

Tuesday 9 May 4pm - 5pm  - Ocean Grove Community Health Centre, 78 Presidents Avenue Ocean Grove

Funded Projects Round 1 of Health and Wellbeing Fund 2016

Small Grants funded in Round 1 are due to be finalised in August 2017 (12 months from funding).  Partnership Grants (>$5000) have up to 2 years to complete their project.
