Bellarine Community Health provides a comprehensive and professional suite of health and support services for adults aged over 25 years of age.

Dental Health for Adults
Bellarine Community Health Public Dental Program for adults provides both general and emergency dental care. This includes examinations, fillings, fissure sealants, radiographs, extractions, cleaning, fitting of mouth guards and splints, professional and dietary advice and referrals.
This is a public dental service and it is only available to adults ( over 18 years) who are Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card holders.
Health care or pensioner concession card holders or dependents of concession card holders, aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, refugees and asylum seekers or registered clients of mental health and disability services have priority access to dental care.
Bellarine Community Health also offeres free dental servies to any child (under 12) as well as secondary students who have or are dependant on concession card holders.

Fees apply to adult dental health services
Meals On Wheels
Meals on Wheels provides you with a nutritious, freshly prepared meal delivered to your home. Arrangements can be made for special dietry requirements.
Weekend meals are frozen and delivered on a Friday.
Some fees do apply but may be subsidised through a Home Care Package.
Eric Tolliday Independent Living Units
The Eric Tolliday Independent living units are co-located on the Queenscliff Community Health Centre site. The tenanted units are managed under the retirement villages act.
Bellarine Community Health supports people to stay living independently into their older age.
