Impacted Services

Bellarine Community Health (BCH) continues to monitor State and Commonwealth restrictions as part of the whole of community response to slow the spread of COVID-19.

As a result of current restrictions, some programs and services are temporarily suspended or being offered in a reduced capacity, and some BCH sites are closed.

Impacted Services

  • BCH gyms at Point Lonsdale and Portarlington are closed for general public
  • Reopening of the Point Lonsdale gym for general public use is under review
  • BCH is taking a cautious approach to returning to group activities and reopening our gym space as many of our clients are in a high risk category from COVID-19.
  • Some clinical exercise groups have resumed and others will return in the coming weeks
  • Social Support Programs are limited but are being reintroduced face-to-face in line with restrictions so they can return in a safe manner for both clients and staff
  • Our Ocean Grove site currently remains closed. This is partly due to the need to manage the safety of staff working across sites and to ensure we can maintain resources

If you have any urgent need for service or have any further questions, please contact the team on 1800 007 224.
